Key pads for voting will be available on each hotel participant’s table; and results for each category will be immediately displayed on screens, once all votes have been casted.

Tables will be assigned to all participating properties according to the following conditions:

• Individual hotel property (no international presence, limited to one property in the MENA region): will be offered five complimentary seats for the dinner gala

• Hotel groups with 2 to 10 properties participating within the MENA region will be offered two tables of ten seats each for the dinner gala

• Hotel groups with more than 10 properties participating within the MENA will be offered three tables of ten seats each for the dinner gala

The purpose of the live voting is for hotels to assess each other and recognize their competitors’ strength and quality of service; therefore, a property shouldn’t vote for itself as it would defy the aim of the voting system.
