Competition Rules

• All hotels must be categorized as four or five star and located within the Middle East & North Africa region; that includes: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen

• All nominations must be submitted on the official online entry form. Once registered on the website, you are free to edit as much time as you wish, within the application period. Should you decide to withdraw your hotel from the competition, it will have to be before the closing date: April 5^th 2007.

• Depa will not be responsible for nominations which may be damaged, lost or mislaid in the post or otherwise.

• Depa is only a service provider who is organizing, facilitating and financing the award ceremony; therefore, Depa will not interfere at any moment in the application process or the judging on the night of the event; however, hotels must comply with the rules and regulations or their application can be refused.

• Submitted applications will be viewed by all the other participating hotels within the month following the closing date.

• Each nomination must be accompanied with a letter from the General Manager of the hotel stating that all information given is correct, to be uploaded with the application.

• Submission of an application form indicates acceptance of the conditions of entry.
